SPS FRAGS SHIPPING

All items are shipped priority overnight using FedEx as the preferred carrier. It will be $50 flat rate shipping and handling including box, heat or cold packs. You must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, or the DOA Guarantee below becomes void. Local delivery is only available to Warren, Waitsfield or Fayston VT.  After your order is placed, you will receive an email from us asking your preferred delivery day.  At this time Saturday delivery is not available.

 

We highly recommend having the package delivered to a FedEx Full Service Ship Center near you and have it marked “HOLD FOR PICK-UP”.  This will reduce travel time and limit exposure to adverse heat or cold conditions that might be present on the delivery truck.

 

Shipping is only to Continental US.

 

Shipping delays that result in live stock lost will not be covered under the DOA Guarantee.

 

We are located in Vermont and during the winter it can get cold, really cold.  As a result, we will use our discretion and not ship when the temperature is way below zero.  The same goes for the destination city.  If there are extreme cold or heat conditions on your end then we will work with your to find a safe time to ship.

 

Please note we do not ship right before and during major holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and July 4th). Specifically, we do not ship the week before Christmas or between Christmas and New Years’s Day. The risk to live coral shipments is simply too great due to the high volume of shipping that occurs during these times.

 

All orders must ship within 2 weeks of order date. If you need to reach us please send an email to info@reefbum.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

SPS FRAGS DOA GUARANTEE:

Our corals are healthy and happy when shipped out and they are pest free.  Please note that we use 400W 20,000k Radium bulbs on our tanks and all photos and videos are taken in these lighting conditions.  The frag(s) you receive may look different if you use a different light.

 

We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive alive, you must contact us via email, with detailed pictures of the item within two hours after the package arrives. If you are not present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, this guarantee becomes void. If, in our opinion, the item is deemed to be deceased or defective, a credit will be applied to your credit card for the purchase price of the dead frag.

 

Charge backs for the entire shipment including shipping without contacting us via email are illegal and will be prosecuted for fraud.

 

All purchases assume the customer has intermediate to advanced reef keeping experience. We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression). Please ask if you are unsure as we are here to help!

Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know.

 

You can return unwashed and unworn products by mail within 30 days of your order date. To qualify for a refund you will need to send an email to us at orders@reefbum.com within 14 days of the order date.

 

Please follow these instructions to package your return and mail it back to us:

  1. Include a copy of the invoice.
  2. Circle the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and return reason(s) for each item on your invoice.
  3. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and send it to the following address:

PAX BELLUM ARID REACTORS SHIPPING, WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

Shipping

We ship reactors for free with FedEx to Continental US.  We use USPS for orders only including parts or supplements and charge a flat rate of $8 to Continental US.  Please email us at info@reefbum.com to get a shipping estimate for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international destinations.  Shipping damage is not covered by ReefBum, LLC or Pax Bellum LLC.

Warranty & Refunds

There is a 120 day warranty on materials and workmanship. Salt spray or water damage to electronics is not covered unless it resulted from a material or workmanship defect. Defective items are repaired or replaced at Pax Bellum LLC’s cost. If the customer refuses repair or replacement of their equipment a Pax Bellum LLC company credit will be issued. No cash refunds, all sales final. Customers will be directed to Pax Bellum LLC for all warranty issues.

GHL/KH DIRECTOR SHIPPING, WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

Shipping

Within Continental US, we ship KH Directors for free and charge a flat rate of $8 to ship accessories.

Warranty & Refunds

GHL provides a 2 year warranty against manufacturer related issues. As for refunds, ReefBum, LLC and GHL USA do not accept returns unless an item was incorrectly shipped or there is a valid warranty case. All sales are final. Customers will be directed to GHL USA for all warranty issues.

ROYAL EXCLUSIV SHIPPING, WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

Within Continental US, we ship Royal Exclusiv pumps and skimmers via UPS for free.

Warranty & Refunds

Royal Exclusiv USA provides a 2 year warranty against manufacturer related issues on RD3 pumps and a 1 year warranty on standard AC pumps. As for refunds, ReefBum, LLC and Royal Exclusiv USA do not accept returns. All sales are final. Customers will be directed to Royal Exclusiv USA for all warranty issues.
